What is the difference between single supply and dual supply?
Single supply:
Single supply is a unipolar power supply measured with respect to a low point of power supply. Viz. +5V, +9V..etc.
Dual supply:
Dual supply is a bipolar supply which provides +Vcc and -Vee, when measured wrt to common point of the power supply. i.e +/-5V, +/-15V, +/-24V etc.
